Flostate

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Services

Flostate provides automation consulting, workflow automation builds, AI agent development, and ongoing retainer services. Specific deliverables are agreed upon before each engagement begins.

Payment & retainers

One-off builds are invoiced on completion. Retainer services are billed monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle — there are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

Ownership

You own everything we build for you. On project completion or engagement end, full admin access to all automations, credentials, and systems is transferred to you.

What we guarantee

We guarantee that automations we build will function as specified at handover. We monitor live systems and fix breakages caused by our code at no charge. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue increases, time savings) as these depend on your business conditions.

Data & confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. We will not share client details, business data, or proprietary information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

Flostate's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Western Australian jurisdiction.
