What we collect
When you use our configurator or contact form, we collect information you provide: your name, email address, business type, and the details you share about your automation needs. We use cookies only for essential site function — no tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to understand your business, provide you with a personalised automation recommendation, and contact you about your enquiry. We do not use your data for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Your business data
When we build automations for you, we work within your own accounts (your Gmail, CRM, or other tools). We do not store your business data on our systems. You maintain full ownership and control of everything we build.
Data retention
We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years in case you return. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@flostate.au and we will remove your data within 14 days.
Third-party services
Our site uses Vercel (hosting) and Cal.com (booking). These services have their own privacy policies. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers.
